Phil is Managing Director of Woodgate & Clark and a main board director.
Since joining the business in 2015 Phil has overseen a sustained period of growth and modernisation. He also sits on the boards of Quadra Claims Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woodgate & Clark, and Van Ameyde McAuslands which forms part of the Van Ameyde Marine division. Previously, Phil spent more than 20 years in claims leadership roles in the UK Commercial and Global Risk sectors, along with senior roles in sales and distribution.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys long walks, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends.

Graeme Fitzpatrick, Operations Director

Graeme is operations director for Woodgate & Clark and a main board director.
A highly skilled major loss adjuster, Graeme has handled a number of high-profile material damage, business interruption and third-party property claims across a wide range of industries, and his expertise, attention to detail and ability to solve complex issues is often called upon by clients. Graeme also has extensive executive management experience gained through a variety of senior roles in the industry.
When he’s not working Graeme is a keen cyclist and also enjoys travelling to far-flung locations.

Mike Farley, Divisional Director

Mike is a director and is responsible for account management and business development. He started working in loss adjusting in 1987 and has held a number of senior management roles. Mike has specialist experience in the real estate market and is a member and past chairman of the Property Investors Committee of the Insurance Institute of London.
Outside of his working life, Mike enjoys gardening, bird watching and listening to music. He also holds a season ticket for Tottenham Hotspur FC where he experiences regular frustration and disappointment.

Kay joined Woodgate & Clark in 2019 as finance controller and her role is integral to the financial governance of the company. An experienced, qualified accountant, Kay has worked in the London Market insurance industry for almost 30 years in a variety of senior finance roles.

David Waterman, Director

David is a director and has responsibility for technology and complaints. He is also an account manager for key clients. David entered the loss adjusting profession in 1987 after nine years working with a general insurer in the City, and joined Woodgate & Clark in 2002.

Nic Fordyce, UK Service Manager

Nic was a Senior Operational Manager for a large insurer prior to joining Woodgate & Clark over ten years ago. Now our UK Service Manager, part of her broad remit is to ensure our service levels are maintained by managing the adjusting network to best advantage. Feeding into our recruitment and succession teams, Nic also helps with planning resource requirements for years to come.

Lyndsey joined Woodgate & Clark as HR manager in 2019 having spent 20 years with a large multinational company. She looks after recruitment, training and development, succession planning, compensation, and benefits. Lyndsey is a CIPD qualified HR practitioner and is passionate about employee engagement and development.
In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys keeping fit and can usually be found walking, running, or hiking somewhere in the beautiful Kent countryside.
