Superb claim communication is embedded within the Woodgate & Clark approach, and our expert claims teams are skilled in explaining complex claim matters and successfully engaging with stakeholders with different interests. We are committed to including brokers in claim conversations and working collaboratively to deliver good claim outcomes.

With extensive experience in commercial and household claims handling, along with specialist sectors, Woodgate & Clark is expertly equipped to assist with a wide range of claims, from high-net-worth heritage properties through to trades and professionals, SMEs, property owners and large-scale business operations. We are also able to offer streamlined buildings solutions through our own managed building repair network, Quadrassist.

Broker participation in claims can be flexed to suit the circumstances of a claim and the customer, from joint site visits with the handling loss adjuster through to online portal access for real-time claim monitoring and financial tracking.

Our broker service also includes bespoke management reporting and data insight, enabling up-to-date claims information and advice to be provided to customers around their risk and future protection of their assets. We are also able to assist with pre-loss services such as property valuation, risk management and incident planning.

Broker relationships are supported through local loss adjusters and our Client Services team.

Simon is a main board director, leading our client services team, responsible for both existing and new business development. He is a chartered loss adjuster with a comprehensive understanding of claims, having handled complex, high-profile, and varied losses throughout his career.

Simon has been successful in a range of claims and management positions, enabling him to not only develop his technical expertise, but also to grow his talents in people management, customer service and design solutions for clients, most recently as a board director with Quadra Claims Services.
