Broker participation in claims can be flexed to suit the circumstances of a claim and the customer, from joint site visits with the handling loss adjuster through to online portal access for real-time claim monitoring and financial tracking.
Our broker service also includes bespoke management reporting and data insight, enabling up-to-date claims information and advice to be provided to customers around their risk and future protection of their assets. We are also able to assist with pre-loss services such as property valuation, risk management and incident planning.
