A specialist claims service that has been crafted through years of experience in handling claims for churches, historic properties, and listed buildings.

We are particularly proud of our heritage claims service. We have a long association with one of the largest insurers in this market, to whom we have provided claims services for over 20 years. 

Our team has a wealth of experience in successfully navigating the considerations around heritage properties. We are accustomed to working collaboratively with interested parties to plan, agree, and oversee repair works. We appreciate and respect the influencing factors and dynamics surrounding heritage properties, their importance to local communities, funding considerations and the involvement of volunteers.

Our heritage claims service also includes access to our managed contractor network, Quadrassist. Our careful selection and rigorous vetting of contractors, surveyors and other suppliers reflect the nature of work we specialise in and the value we place on caring for heritage properties.

With a 30-year career in loss adjusting, Richard is an accomplished and trusted loss adjuster for all types of property damage claims. Richard spent 15 years with a major insurer, where he had responsibilty for quality standards, service performance and staff training. He has been a valued and respected member of the Woodgate & Clark Specialist services team since 2017, handling a variety of household, heritage and commercial major losses. He now heads up our Specialist Services team in the North.

Martin started his career in insurance in 2003 and has since gained over 20 years experience in claims and loss adjusting. He has a strong background in a blend of domestic and commercial property claims and has excelled in his service to customers since joining the Woodgate & Clark Specialist Services team in 2019. Martin leads our Specialist Services team in the South.
