Woodgate & Clark wins in National Insurance Awards 2024
The Loss Adjusting Award for 2024 goes to Nick Turner, Head of Surveying
Woodgate & Clark is immensely proud to have secured the Loss Adjusting Award in the prestigious National Insurance Awards for 2024. The judging panel felt Woodgate & Clark’s Head of Surveying, Nick Turner, had achieved more than any other individual or team in the loss adjusting sector over the past year.
James Eveling, Managing Director of Woodgate & Clark said: “Nick Turner has invested his time, energy and expertise in a way that far exceeds what is expected for his role and has had a hugely positive influence across many aspects of what we do at Woodgate & Clark, and the wider industry. We are delighted that Nick’s achievements have been acknowledged externally in the National Insurance Awards and this of course reflects on the wider team we have built here at Woodgate & Clark.”
The award recognised Nick’s technical excellence as the ‘go to property expert’ within Woodgate & Clark, his passion for knowledge sharing, the mentoring he offers to support the next generation of loss adjusters as well as his unerring focus on customer service and drive to create greater efficiencies by maximising technology.
James Eveling continues: “There are few people in the claims community, let alone the wider insurance sector that combine all of Nick’s qualities; he even finds time to be a volunteer Blood Biker for the South West Blood Bikers charity. People are what make this industry work and people like Nick need to be recognised and rewarded for their dedication to our profession and held up as a role model for the next generation of claims professionals. We need more people like Nick who are not afraid to debate the challenges we all face and propose ideas to tackle them – this is how we all progress as a profession.”
